I like my blorbos broken, bloodied, and sobbing.

I'm into whump for the physical violence and the helplessness of it all, and the more beat up a character is the happier I am.Grind him into the dirt until you think you can go no further, and then kick him in the ribs while he's down.
I like torture, severe injury, maiming, all the really fun gnarly stuff. I really like it when characters are brought to the brink of death, beg for death, think they're dying, or die and get brought back.

Permanent stuff like maiming and real death is also tons of fun in most cases, and if it's not for a specific character or prompt that'll be noted in the DNWs.

Whumpy noncon is another favourite. I'm into anything that physically brutalizes the character, and sex or sexual torture is one of many options on the table for that.
If you decide to go with rape as whump, I've got an itemized list of noncon likes here.

For the emotional side of things, I like stripping the woobie of hope and power.

I like both completely helpless woobies who never stood a chance against whatever got them, and strong or canny woobies who can easily hold their own but were defeated by something especially powerful or tricky and reduced to helplessness.

It can be fun to have glimmers of hope or tastes of reprieve or thwarted chances of escape to keep the whump hurting, and it can be equally fun to just completely strip blorbo of everything. And it doesn't need to be another character doing that to the woobie, gettin' whumped by a blizard and a random spike trap is just as fun as gettin' whumped by the big bad.

One of my favourite whump tropes is a rescue ending where the woobie is too out of it to realise it's a rescue. Either he's somehow convinced it's all a trick and the rescuer isn't really there (tons of fun with SFF mindscrew stuff), he doesn't recognise the rescuer or mistakes them his torturer, or he believes that the rescuer wouldn't actually help him.

I have a fondness for aggressor PoV, which I know is pretty unusual for whump. I enjoying seeing Blorbo suffer through the eyes of someone who enjoys making him suffer >:).

I also really like the standard whump victim PoV, of course. Who among us doesn't enjoy getting into blorbo own anguish as they experience it?

I like happy[ish] or hopeful endings as much as bad ends, but I don't want to focus on the recovery or aftermath, I'm here for the whump itself. I've only requested noncon and the graphic trifecta, so if you're reading this you get it :P

General likes

I'm a whumper and I like darkfic. I like seeing the blorbos suffer in every way imaginable, and I'm into noncon, which I approach as a variety of whump. I also really like tragedy and I'm perfectly happy when my blorbos don't get out alive. Cannibalism in particular delights me, and violence from the PoV of the aggressor is always fun.

But don't worry, there're a lot of nicer things I like at least as much :)

I'm very into worldbuilding and exploration of a canon's setting or the text itself. I like fics that approach the canon story from a different character's PoV, and fics that expand on or examine a setting's lore. Missing scenes and canon typical episodes are always fun.

I love diegetic works, where the fanwork is an object or text that does or would exist in canon; eg a user's manual for a warp core, or Blorbo's letters home.

I'm equally interested in platonic relationships and in romantic ships for characters I like together. I like fics that explore different possible relationships between my faves, no matter form that relationship takes. I like weird or toxic relationships more than wholesome and healthy friendships or romances.

I like PWP, especially of the weird and kinky variety. If you choose to write porn, I have a general list of likes/dislikes for noncon exchanges here that may be of interest (note that it's tailored for noncon and therefore pretty gnarly). For consensual sex scenes, I like BDSM and kink more than vanilla. Dubcon is always fun, too. Monsterfucking is always a favourite.

Request 1: Cthulhu Mythos - H. P. Lovecraft

Character: Randolph Carter

Canon typical fear and bewilderment delights me.
Canon typical wonder and longing, does too.

Randolph Carter is the only character I'm specifically requesting, because I'm happy with a lot of different things from all over the mythos.

Carter/Warren would be a fun ship, as would Carter/the thing on the other end of the phone that isn't Warren.

I'd love to see Randolph Carter get whumped.
The gnarlier the better, noncon and torture is encouraged if you're in the mood. Just throw him as a chew toy to whatever incomprehensible goobly you please (one of HPL’s or one of your own).
Or get him lost or trapped somewhere for some agentless whump.<br />
Emotional whump is fun, too, and Lovecraft’s settings lend themselves well to that.

Monsterfucking is always a joy.

I like Lovecraftian monsters with really alien morality and motives and with physiology that's hard to wrap one's mind around.

The fandom is "Cthulhu Mythos" and I interpret that to include the Dreamlands Cycle since that's where a lot of Carter's stuff is from. Feel free to pick and choose from across the mythos.

What I love most about The Prisoner is the mindfuck, both for the audience and for Six.

I want to leave this one really open ended and just see what someone might come up with for this fandom, but I will register a preference for whump and/or porn. Six's absolute refusal to break throughout all the nonsense he gets put through makes him pretty tasty as durable whump bait. As for the porn, all the contraptions and spy-fi tricks and mind games to try to get him to crack lend themselves well to weird sex stuff.

Any Number Two, canon or original, is welcome if you choose to include a Two.

Cannibalism is one of my favourite things ever, and the way it's depicted in Ravenous is kind of perfect.

A few concepts that could be fun to see:

Henry/James incest. The ship potential is absolutely there.

Worldbuilding fic exploring the potential supernatural elements of the story.

Any portion of the novel from a different character's PoV. All the narrators are incredibly biased, what would someone else's bias make the story look like?

Mackellar character study. He's present but sidelined for the majority of the entire narrative, there's a lot of empty space to work with there.

DFS's whole time spent as JLQ's attic wife is so potent for some gnarly torture and/or noncon. She's so deliciously batshit and he suffers so prettily.

There are plenty of other times throughout canon and before canon where there's a lot of potential for her to whump him, too.

Alternately, I'd be into anything where DFS gets whumped or nonconned by anything or anything. I just want to see him bleeding and broken >:)
